1) The dashed-slur stencil is not used for the documented ways to make  
dashed slurs.
2) This patch completely removes dashed-slur, as opposed to merely  
deprecating it.

dashed-slur is used nowhere in LilyPond.

in the future, i think it'd be good for dashed-line to go the way of the  
dodo as well, but it'd require some code rewriting.

my recent work with stencils has led me to believe that stencil expressions  
need to be simple and atomic (line, path, glyph, etc.).  The bulk of the  
work for creating complicated ones should be done either in wrapper  
functions or in lookup.cc, not in output-ps or output-svg
