Oops, you are right. Your patch not only fixes the warning, but also implements concurrent slurs that start at the same moment...
LGTM.

I'm currently trying to clean up the backlog of lilypond messages of the last 10 days (~800 mails), so I spend hardly any time cross-checking... I simply saw that the message was no longer printed for that case, and I assumed that concurrent slurs were still disallowed and the second slur discarded.
