here's a list of the snippets that failed to compile correctly - nearly all
will have to be looked at by a Schemer.  list_of_errors_and_warnings.ods

using-non-standard-clef-positions-and-adding-customized-clef-definitions.ly
compiles correctly but the output is ugly here - how did you get it nice in
the LSR? indent = 25 or so?
