Thanks for the mock-up, but that design makes the page much
"busier" and doesn't allow the reader to see all manuals on the
same screen at once.

I suggest adding a table like on the community->development
webpage to the manuals->all page.  That way, new readers will see
the current nice design, while experienced users could just
bookmark the "all" page.
