This situation is annoying me now long enough. And I think a up-to-date
German documentation is important. I would like to change it or at least
try. Skimming the contributor guide, I think I am able to do so.
Should I just read this
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/contributor/translating-the-documentation
completely and then start? I would come back to the mailing list
(lilypond-devel?) in case of questions. What do you think?
