yes, it's in the - Log -------------- part here:

it must be "beautified" but it works and it's handy
it would be nice to have also a shortlog, the output of:
git shortlog releases/2.19.x..releases/2.19.y --no-merges
... to make the announce a bit more informative and interesting (dev
releases are for advanced users)
