I’m sure that we already have an issue for this in our tracker <https://sourceforge.net/p/testlilyissues/issues/>, although I can’t find the right search incantation (to narrow down the 220 hits for ‘accidental’) ATM.

This produces (ignoring stem direction): <c a> b (as in b natural)

In fact, <c a> <b bes> has a similar effect. The b-flat is effectively missing.
