Yes.
Similar as it's done at line-break:

\paper { line-width = 60 }

{
  \once \override Glissando.breakable = ##t
  \override Glissando.after-line-breaking = #'()
  f'1\glissando
  \break
  c'1
}

Which is wrong in almost every case.
