Staff lines do not extend to key/time signature after last bar line

If a key or time signature appears at the very end of a voice, right 
after a barline the staff lines do not extend beyond that barline. The 
key or time signature seems to be floating in empty space. Doesn't look 
nice.

Earlier versions of LilyPond up to 2.19.15 looked fine though.
