[PATCH] removing imap support at compile time

Hello,

attached is a patch against the current CVS to add the option
--disable-imap to configure.

The main reason is to have a more customisable library, and permit to
remove some components to reduce the library size. Optimizing against
the size is sometime necessary for embeded projects with small
storage/memory space.

Thanks to apply it (or to give me CVS acces, so I can apply by myself.
My savannah account name is bornet).

I plan to make same kind of options for other main components (pop
support, mbox support, mh support, ...). So this patch is just to have
some feedback if you are interested or not by my contribution.
