Like a charm.  

Patch below, minus handling of dependencies to the script file.  How
should this be done?

        * doc/texinfo/Makefile.am (.c.inc): Use sed script in texify.sed.
        Separate file is needed for newlines in script, which traditional
        sed requires.

        * doc/texinfo/texify.sed: New file.
