Ok, I have found an offer (the actual box where calc made it fail is
behind a very bad internet connection, so I had to look for another
one). See the attached mail.

The current procedure for me giving out accounts is an ssh key and
username request in a gpg-signed mail. If there is a good enough trust
path from the debian keyring, I don't have to worry and can just create
the account.
