[bug-mailutils] maildir: URL for imap4d

Hi, folks. First, I wanted to say congratulations on such a great suite of tools for mailboxes. I'm very excited about using them.

I'm writing because I can't seem to figure out how to configure imap4d to read a Maildir directory in the user's home directory. My /etc/inetd.conf right now is:
> imap    stream  tcp     nowait  root    /usr/sbin/imap4d imap4d -i
I'm able to use frm to view Maildir directories:
> frm -m maildir:/home/evan/Maildir/
...but I don't think I want to have everyone on the server reading my mailbox. What can I put on my inetd.conf line to make the mailbox be /home/$USERNAME/Maildir/ ?
