The first message (invitation) lacks the envelope Date, something
movemail did not expect.  This is why this message didn't appear
in the target mailbox.  It also triggered an unrelated bug which
caused the body of the following message to be ignored.

IMAP sandards don't explicitly require that Date must be present,
so Migadu is quite OK in this regard.  I fixed the related part
in movemail, as well as the bug it unveiled.

Both files are generated automatically.  To build from git sources,
follow the instructions in README-hacking.  You will need a number
of tools not normally present on end-user machines (these are listed
in that file as well).  If you have difficulties with that method,
let me know - I will provide a bootstrapped tarball for you.
