64-bit version?

Hello,

 

I installed gnu make 3.79.1 on a HP-UX system with 64 bit settings. When I look the type of file, I see that it is for a 32 bit system. Can you let me know how it can be runned under 64-bit systems? 

 

# file gmake
gmake:          ELF-32 executable object file

THanks for letting me know ASAP as we have a customer waiting for a solution in order to continue the porting of the application.
