Oh I see what you're asking. Based on wording "ISO C90 GNU Make" I
thought you were asking if 3.81 was going to implement the C90 standard
for make; obviously C90 doesn't have a standard for make.
The move to C90 function definitions is already complete in CVS, if
that's what you mean. However, the system uses the ansi2knr toolkit so
it hopefully will still build with at least some pre-ISO compilers.
