Hi;

This error is not being generated by GNU make: rather it's being
generated by a command invoked by your makefile.  Since it's not a GNU
make problem, there's not much we can say about it.

Offhand it looks like you are using some kind of UNIX/POSIX emulation
environment which is not scalable.

I suggest you check with the PHP team and ask them for help.

When you send them your request please provide more complete output: in
particular they'll want to see some lines BEFORE the errors you provide
above, so they have some clue as to what operations might be causing
these errors.
