Details:
The following makefile
------- begin ---------
all: c:/myfile.txt
echo "yes"
------- end -----------
produces the following expected output in make 3.80:
make: *** No rule to make target `c:/myfile.txt', needed by `all'. Stop.
With make 3.81 the output is as follows:
Makefile:1: *** target pattern contains no `%'. Stop.
I'm using the cygwin version.
