Thanks for your mail. Iam able to fix the problem once Paul smith
identified issue in forloop. How can I stop sending "-" from top level
make as Iam not sending any command sepecifically unless it is implicit.

The top-level makefile might be invoking the sub-makes using "-" at
the start of the commandline to suppress errors? See the "Errors in
Commands"
section of the man/info page.
