The paperwork generally requires you to list the files that you made
changes to, and it's helpful to know the scope of the changes. As long
as you're still in the early development stage it's not easy to do this.
However it can take a bit to complete esp. if you reside outside the
U.S. (inside the U.S. we can now use scanned documents via email but
outside the U.S. we still must rely on physical mail).
I'll send you some options and you can choose which you prefer.

Check the README.cvs file, for now:
make-cvs$ tail -17 README.cvs
This list is eminently suitable for a quick swipe o' the mouse and a
swift click o' mouse-2 into an xterm. Go for it!
autoreconf -i
./configure
make update
make
make check
Or, for a debugging version:
autoreconf -i && ./configure CFLAGS=-g && make update && make && make
check
Or, all-in-one:
autoreconf -i && ./configure && make update && make && make check
