Details:

This patch fixes repeated warnings

  configure.in:128: warning: AC_LANG_CONFTEST: no AC_LANG_SOURCE call detected
in body

when running autoreconf on a fresh CVS checkout of GNU make.  The problem lack
of use of wrapper AC_LANG_SOURCE.
