Old thread, I know, and I have no time to contribute to the discussion
of "include". Just wanted to point out that I have a couple of similar
example setups, also at GitHub, at https://github.com/boyski/RMCH1 and
https://github.com/boyski/RMCH2. I'll be taking a look at Andrzej's
but haven't yet, so can't say anything about how they compare.
