See attached for example.
Apparently you can no longer have a stem and a glob in a dependency. Rule of
the form:
%.concat: %/*.txt
works in Make 3.81, but not in 3.82:
address@hidden:~/make-regression$ make-3.81 a.concat
echo putting a/something.txt together makes a.concat
putting a/something.txt together makes a.concat
address@hidden:~/make-regression$ make-3.82 a.concat
make: *** No rule to make target `a.concat'. Stop.
