Details:
When working on a sufficiently fast volume (apparently) the attached makefile
loops forever rerunning the recipe for objdir/depend.mk.
I have seen this using tmpfs on NetBSD; I don't know if it happens on other
ramdisk-type fses.
It does not occur with gmake 3.82 so I doubt it's a bug in the fs, though.
