Details:
Intel fortran compiler randomly crashes when it is invoked by MAKE utility.
The problem is that in make-4.1\w32\subproc\sub_proc.c in process_begin()
STARTUPINFO startInfo is not initialized to 0.
The following change fixed the random crash:
STARTUPINFO startInfo={0};
