[bug #44742] Double-dep with double-colon rule not built

Follow-up Comment #8, bug #44742 (project make):

Turns out that the original issue for this bug was separate than the one I
addressed in my first patch.

Here is a one-line fix: double-colons-bail-bug44742.patch

Both patches need to be applied for double colon rules to work properly in
parallel builds.
