Follow-up Comment #1:

glob.h is in the glob/ subdirectory of the top-level make source directory,
and buiuld_w32.bat invokes GCC with the -I./glob switch, so how come
glob/glob.h is not found by the compiler in your case?  (It does find it here,
although I use mingw.org's MinGW, not mingw-w64.)
