A Severe Problem with Make

I use Ubuntu Linux on my system. I have downloaded and tried to install the make-4.2.1 package but when I execute the 'make' command (after the package is configured) I encounter a problem and I don't know how to resolve. can you help me?

I have put the error results in a text file which I have attached to this email.
