Follow-up Comment #1, bug #58794 (project make):

This was reported to the mailing list back in April... I have no idea where
that file went; the file exists in the source repository and I don't recall
making any changes that would have caused it to not get added to the
distribution.  I'll definitely check it out before the next release.
