Follow-up Comment #12, bug #63307 (project make):

I had the same thought but oddly, I can't seem to generate a use-case where
make behaves differently with this FATAL_SIG set for SIGPIPE.

It appears that make still performs the same build.  But maybe I just got
something wrong in my test.
