Correct you are!  I had been using an on-line version of the Modified
Report for reference http://www.masswerk.at/algol60/modified_report.htm
which lists <unsigned integer> as a valid statement label.  But I just
checked the original, as our library has an on-line subscription to the
back-issues of the _Computer Journal_.  Indeed, in the original text shows
the change from the Revised Report, my apologies.  I will print out a copy
of the original text so that I can cross-check with the proper document.
