Great, thank you. I will begin work on a patch for airport codes. I
think it would be useful to add ICAO codes to this file while I add
additional airports- should I just add that at the end of the line?
I would suggest at the beginning; I don't think anyone machine parses
the file so this should be OK. Maybe something like:
# IATA Code:ICAO Code:Airport:Country Code:Geographic subdivision:Major city or
cities serving
