[Bug-mit-scheme] About scheme

When I enter the word scheme in the run command in MS - Windows XP. I get this message

 

scheme: can't finda a readable default for option --band.

              searched for file all.com in these directories:

              \scheme\lib

Reason for termination:

Inconsistency detected
