[Bug-moe] Version 1.0-pre2 of GNU Moe released

Version 1.0-pre2 of GNU Moe is ready for testing here

Please, test it and report any bugs you find.

Changes in this version:

  * The new option "--max-windows" has been added.

  * Tab partially completes filename when more than a name matches.

  * "C-s" now shows the percentage of file before the cursor.

  * CR-LF line termination can now be changed from the options menu.

  * Arg_parser has been updated to 1.1.
