(hmm - whoever wrote the page - simply pasted a chunk from ncurses manpage)

don't know (it seems to have ncurses's extensions through 5.2)

how do you propose to validate it?

(similar: does X/Open have a validation test suite - code - for XSI Curses,
or only paper?)
