        + add a test for slk_color(), in ncurses.c
        + fix some issues reported by valgrind in the slk_set() and slk_wset()
          code, from recent rewrite.
        + modify ncurses 'E' test to use show previous label via slk_label(),
          as in 'e' test.
        + modify wide-character versions of NewChar(), NewChar2() macros to
          ensure that the whole struct is initialized.
