Hi,
A user of multitail complains that resizing windows makes multitail exit.
I did some investigations, and it seems that at the exit-moment, I'm creating
a window of 172x14 at offset 0,0 while COLS/LINES says the terminal-size is
172x44, so it seems multitail is not doing anything funny.
The user is using ncurses 5.3 on linux and freebsd.
