small formatting fix and wording changes for wgetch man page

Hello Thomas,

The first of the attached patches adds a missing format specifier in the
manual page for wgetch() and friends.  The second patch makes the same
correction but also removes some redundant format specifiers.

The third patch slightly changes the wording of three key descriptions,
to be clearer or more consistent and to better match man 5 terminfo.
