Beta-release of GNU Parallel

I have released a beta-release of GNU Parallel. The major change is
that the code handling the inputs is now object oriented. It passes
the testsuite so all basic functionality is preserved. However, if you
use GNU Parallel a bit out of the ordinary I would appreciate if you
gave it a test to see if any functionality is broken.

The code contains a lot of debugging and unneeded wrapping which
probably slows it down considerably, so I do not want bug reports
concerning speed: I will deal with that later.
