Separate parted and libparted locales?

Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to separate the parted and libparted
locales? At the moment I've got the debian package building with all
locales in the `parted' package, which is probably the wrong behavior.
(they should probably in the shared libparted package). Is it possible
to separate the two?
