Bug in parted version 1.4.6

Dear sirs,

GNU Parted asked me to send you the following:


Assertion (walk->geom.lengh > 63 * 5) at disk.c:1009 in function
_disk_check_sanity() failed.

If it helps, I was resizing an ext2 filesystem on the first and only
partition of a floppy disk. The original start/end was 0.004 and 0.5 Mb;
the new start/end was 0/0.703 Mb. (Note that "start" should have been
0.004 for the new start. Oops!)
