Hi all,

Changes: (since 1.4.7)

[after fork]

* first stage of new PedDisk interface: replaced
ped_disk_{open,create,read,write,close}
with ped_disk_{new,new_fresh,destroy,commit}
* changed the interface between disk modules and the API, and updated
the
modules accordingly

[before fork]

* we now require autoconf 2.49b to build configure from configure.in,
because it provides the new AC_CHECK_SIZEOF
* use new AC_CHECK_SIZEOF for off_t.
* changed configure.in to match the new AC_CHECK_TYPE
* hacked libtool.m4 (!)... I hope this all gets fixed properly, soon...
* tried to make libparted/device.c more portable
* libparted/fs_fat/bootsector.h - fixed the size of the FAT16 part of
the
union... needed an extra byte in boot_code.  (purely aesthetic ;-)
