Which distribution are you using?

I think Red Hat has a parted-boot rpm, which is probably statically
linked, and installs to /sbin.

Note to distributors:
I think Parted should be installed in /sbin, and readline should
be in /lib.  Lots of "basic" tools should be using readline.
