crashed big reiser-partition with parted. any help?

this did not worked too.  :-(
reiserfsck: Cannot not open filesystem on "/dev/hdb1"

i guess parted tried to shrink reiser, and then shrink the partition.
but reiser was alredy shrinked.

additionaly i had to givee a new start of the partition which was float.
maybe it was rounded..  ??

to bad..

--rebuild-sb needed a lot of values. i used the suggested ones.
maybe if i use other values ? (find manualy in /dev/hdb)  ?
