No, I don't want to agree to the licence on that information.

If you don't mind agreeing to it, could you please read it, and
express in your own words how it works?  In my humble opinion
(I'm not a lawyer, etc.), this is kosher.  The licence doesn't seem
to say anything about the information contained inside, just
their particular expression of that information.  (Besides, any such
attempt would probably be void via fair use, although this varies
from country to country, etc.)
