Assertion bug libparted/disk.c:1681 (ver 1.6.4)

Hi parted asked me to send this bug report: 

"A bug has been detected in GNU parted.  Please email
a bug report to address@hidden containing the
version (1.6.4) and the following message:

Assertion (ped_geometry_test_equal (&part->geom,
&old_geom)) at ../../libparted/disk.c:1681 in 
function ped_disk_get_max_partition_geometry() failed.


Error: msdos disk labels do not support partition
names.
Warning: Filesystem was not cleanly unmounted!  You
should e2fsck.
Error: msdos disk labels do not support partition
names."

For reference I include my disk layout. Perhaps the
fact that partitions are not numbered in disk order
has somethig to do with the
ped_disk_get_max_partition_geometry error.

As per nparted (no clean parted in knoppix :-<  )
