Why? I have spoken with Anton and he seemed pragmatical man. If
somewhere in userspace should be ntfs code, it definitely should be in
libntfs.

Also, parted tends to use libraries instead of own implementation for
all the filesystems.

So, if you one wants to implement ntfs support in parted, he should
definitely take a look to libtfs first and figure out what should be
added/changed.
