Fine with me. I have no idea of how the exact process works, and what
you mean by 'they apply the md5sums', i guess this means that when they
finish setting up the repositories so signed md5sums files are used to
guarantee the uploads or something such ?

But what i really think is necessary, is a CVS or better yet arch or
subversion repository. You said you would investigate about this, what
did you learn.

identity has been checked when it was signed.
