You must have a support contract with Red Hat, they should answer you, if
nobody can answer here.

This is too old. Red Hat mostly ships old versions of softwares without
fixes, new features in later releases (util-linux, parted, they include a
long list of outdated softwares. You can see the details here:

If no answer and you still have problems with the latest sfdisk and Red
Hat doesn't answer you then you could still contact Andries Brouwer at the
above email address. He doesn't read the bug-parted mailing list.

This question is definitely for Red Hat. But they stopped to support older
Red Hat releases.
