Parted 1.6.22 won't be able to resize ext3 any better than 1.6.6 can. The ext2/3
support code is in *major* need of a complete overhaul. Also, I seem to remember
hearing that newer versions of parted are too large to fit on a boot disk like
1.6.6 does.
